Affiliate Program Terms of Service

To participate in the affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain an active website, blog, or social media presence (recommended but not required)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Base Commission Rate

• 30% recurring commission on all subscription payments from referred users
• Commissions continue for the lifetime of the customer's active subscription
• High-performing affiliates may qualify for increased rates

Cookie Duration

• Referral cookies last for 90 days
• You receive credit for any purchase made within 90 days of the initial click

Payment Terms

• Payments are made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer
• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payments processed within the first week of each month
• You must provide valid payment information

As an affiliate partner, you agree to:

• Promote AI Pose honestly and accurately
• Not make false or misleading claims about our products or services
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting AI Pose
• Comply with FTC guidelines and all applicable advertising regulations
• Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices
• Not bid on AI Pose branded keywords in paid search campaigns
• Not use your own referral links to make purchases

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals: Using your own affiliate link to purchase services
• Cookie stuffing: Placing affiliate cookies without user action
• Fraudulent traffic: Using bots, fake accounts, or automated systems
• Trademark infringement: Unauthorized use of AI Pose trademarks
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages with affiliate links
• Misleading content: Making false claims or misrepresenting our services
• Incentivized clicks: Paying users to click your referral links

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

• AI Pose retains all rights to our trademarks, logos, and brand materials
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our marketing materials for promotional purposes
• You may not modify our logos or create derivative works without permission
• This license terminates when you leave the affiliate program

• We use cookies and tracking technology to attribute referrals
• Real-time reporting is available through your affiliate dashboard
• We reserve the right to void fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Commissions are subject to refund/chargeback adjustments

Either Party May Terminate

• You may close your affiliate account at any time
• We may terminate your account for violation of these terms
• We may terminate the entire affiliate program at any time with 30 days notice

Upon Termination

• Commissions earned before termination will be paid according to normal schedule
• You must immediately cease using our marketing materials
• Your affiliate links will be deactivated
• Unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold may be forfeited

• AI Pose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the commissions owed to you
• You agree to indemnify AI Pose against claims arising from your promotional activities
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

This agreement creates an independent contractor relationship. You are not an employee, agent, or representative of AI Pose. You have no authority to bind AI Pose or make commitments on our behalf.

• You are responsible for all taxes on your affiliate commissions
• You must provide required tax documentation (W-9 or W-8BEN)
• We may be required to report your earnings to tax authorities
